Fake Text Message Generator
Build a mock phone chat with sent and received bubbles, then save it as an image.
About this tool
Mock up a phone text conversation for a screenshot — a presentation slide, a tutorial, a UI mockup, or a joke. Type the back-and-forth with one message per line, mark the ones "you" sent with a leading >, choose an iOS or Android look, and download the result as a PNG image. It is drawn entirely in your browser on a canvas; nothing is uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this a real message from a real app?
- No. It's a picture generated from the text you type, meant for illustration and fun. Don't present it as a genuine screenshot of a conversation that actually happened.
- Why do long messages wrap oddly?
- The bubble width is fixed to match a phone screen. Very long single words that can't be broken are placed as-is and may run to the edge.
- Can I add emoji?
- Yes — paste them straight into the message lines. They render using your system emoji font.
