About this tool

Rotates every page of a PDF by the same amount — useful for a document that was scanned sideways or upside down. Everything runs locally in your browser using the open-source pdf-lib library; your file is never uploaded anywhere.

Frequently asked questions

Can I rotate individual pages differently?

Not in this tool — it applies the same rotation to every page. For a document where only some pages are sideways, split it first with Split PDF, rotate the pieces separately, then merge them back together with Merge PDF.

Does rotating change the PDF's content?

No — it only changes each page's rotation flag, which every PDF viewer respects when displaying or printing. The underlying content is untouched.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No — rotation happens entirely on your device. Nothing is sent to any server.
